From time to time we put out pre-arrival offers.  These are generally world class wines which we have to order beforehand.  Most of these wines are very hard to get.  By ordering them before they are released to the general public you get the chance to secure wines which are released in very limited quantities. Check this page often because most of these offers have a very limited window of availability.

Here we go again!  Another great vintage in Chateauneuf du Pape (according to the critics) and another pre-arrival offer.  Included will be scores by Robert Parker, who calls 2010 “a great vintage,” and adds “some producers think 2010 eclipses 2007 because of the wines’ vivid freshness and focus.”  “In fact,” he adds, “I can’t remember a vintage so concentrated, powerful and rich that also has such zesty acidity.”

Could be some hyperbole here.  Wasn’t Parker just calling 2007 the greatest vintage he has ever witnessed in the southern Rhone?

The only problem with this vintage is there is not much wine.  So anyone who is interested should speak up early.  All orders must be confirmed by Ken, and payment will be upon delivery of the wine.

All of the following selections come from Alain Junguenet.  He has been called “The King of Chateauneuf du Pape” and his offerings are second to none.
